This document outlines the Florida Department of Transportation tentative work and funding schedule for District One from 2011 through 2015.

2009 Transportation Project Priorities

The above report lists the priorities, letter to FDOT transmitting the priorities, and also the unfunded congestion management and bike/ped. retrofit projects from 2008 that the MPO would like to see funded with District 1 SIS funds and the FY 2013/14 multi-modal box funds respectively.

FY 10/11 & 11/12 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)

This document outlines transportation planning activities to be accomplished by the Lee County Metropolitan Planning Organization (Lee MPO). The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is the instrument for coordinating transportation and comprehensive planning in the area of Lee County and for all of the participating entities.

2030 Long Range Transportation Plan

This document addresses the future multimodal transportation needs of the Lee County area.  It is a plan which coordinates and guides the capital improvement programs of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and its member local governments, as well as recognizes the ongoing maintenance and operational activities of these entities.

FY 10/11 - 14/15 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The TIP lists those highway, aviation, transportation enhancement, transit, transportation disadvantaged program, and intermodal projects that are currently programmed in the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Five-Year Work Program, including the amount and source of funding, the implementation phases for which funds have been allocated (i.e., design, right-of-way acquisition and construction) and the years in which each phase is currently programmed.

Public Involvement Plan (PIP)
Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plan

The PIP identifies strategies employed by the MPO to provide complete information, timely public notice and full access to key decisions to the public prior to the adoption or amendment of the plans and programs for which the MPO is responsible. This document supports the early and continuing involvement of the public in the MPO process, as required by federal law.

2009 Federal Obligations

This is a table of the annual listing of projects in Lee County for which federal funds have been obligated in federal fiscal year 2009 (10/01/2008 - 09/30/2009). Section 134 of Title 23, United State Code, requires that this listing of projects shall be published or otherwise made available by the metropolitan planning organizations for public review.
